REGISTRATION


FEE

The registration fee is 195 EUR/delegate and includes participation at the Conference, refreshments, coffee breaks and access to documentation material.

Please fill in a separate registration form for each participant.

TRAVEL AND ACOMMODATION

Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation (arrangements and payment).
With all that, please take into account that the South Eastern Europe's Private Equity Association has pre-booked a number of 10 rooms at the Novotel Hotel for its invitees, so please confirm your booking with the hotel in order to benefit of the special price of 124 Euro/ night/ single TTC. Please be aware that after all the 10 pre-booked rooms will be sold-out, the negotiated tariffs will not be available anymore.

CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Cancellations must be sent in writing by October 10th, 2010 to seepea@seepea.org. In case of cancellation after this date, you will not be entitled to any refund (this applies as well to the delegates unable to attend the day of the event). A substitute delegate will be accepted at any time, but please notify the Organizers before the Conference.
