Fee
The registration fee is 195 EUR/delegate and includes participation at the event, refreshments, coffee breaks.
Please fill in a separate registration form for each participant.

Payment
The payment can be done by credit card or bank transfer, based on proforma invoice, by filling in the following registration form.
Full payment is required upon registration. Please send payment advice to contact@seepea.org.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Cancellations must be sent in writing by May 15th, 2011 to contact@seepea.org. In case of cancellation after this date, you will not be entitled to any refund (this applies as well to the delegates unable to attend the day of the event). A substitute delegate will be accepted at any time, but please notify the organizers at least one day before the event.
