The current investments managed by Mackenzie Capital (as local GP, advisor/manager, expanded from a real estate investment practice and debt financing services) came from a single source investor (LP) which is Faisal Private Bank Switzerland. The total of 25MiI EUR were invested between 2005-2009 in early stage ventures (real estate development equity stakes). Currently Mackenzie Capital is raising a development fund (The Foundations 30 Mil EUR) in a simple holding structure, aimed at food industry, IT&communication, private health and environmental services. |
