South Eastern Europe's Private Equity Association (SEEPEA) represents 21 firms strongly involved in the South Eastern European private equity and venture capital industry. Our members are active in Romania, Bulgaria, Republic of Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of Macedonia (the former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia), Serbia, Montenegro and Albania.Membership gives you access to the resources, training and events that will help your company fully realize its potential. You will have a highly influential organization working with you and for you, protecting your interests and lobbying at the highest level on the issues that affect your future.

How to become a member:
All organizations seeking membership in SEEPEA, must submit an application together with recommendations from two current, full-members of SEEPEA. Applicants must be active participants in the private equity and venture capital industry in South Eastern Europe and must agree to observe SEEPEA's Code of Conduct. Membership will be granted to an organization upon the approval of SEEPEA’s Managing Council as well as SEEPEA’s receipt of the applicant’s registration fee.Membership categories:
1. Full Member:
Fund managers active in the field of private equity.
The Members have voting rights in the General Associates Meeting.
2. Associate Member:
Organizations that invest in private equity, such as banks, pension funds, insurance companies or service providers to the private equity sector as law firms, investment banks, audit companies, analysis or consultancy groups, institutes and universities.
The Associate Members have no voting rights in the General Associates Meeting
